I's not just the woman who should manage, nor just the man. The two should help. I will give the example of my house. There, it is not only my father who works, neither only my mother. Both have rights, since both work. Here is the following: there is the crop, but it is not only my father who decides. When the end of the month arrives both have to decide what is going to be paid. So I guess it's not each one, the two have to decide together.
